Welcome to Clean Mobile Laundry ("Clean," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website [www.whereisclean.com] (the “Site”) and any services, applications, or communications offered by Clean (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Clean website, scheduling services, or communicating with us electronically, you:

Represent that you are at least 18 years old or have legal parental consent;

Agree to these Terms in full; and

Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using our Services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted here with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Services Provided

Clean Mobile Laundry provides mobile laundry pickup, washing, drying, folding, and delivery services.

We may also offer related services such as sanitization, fabric treatment, or premium add-ons.

All services are subject to availability and may vary by location.

3. Service Scheduling and Access

3.1 Booking

Customers may schedule services through our website, app, or customer support channels.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when booking.

3.2 Pickup and Delivery

You are responsible for providing safe, accessible locations for pickup and delivery.

If our team is unable to access your property at the scheduled time, a missed-service fee may apply.

3.3 Turnaround Time

Average turnaround time is 1–3 business days, but may vary based on demand, weather, or unforeseen conditions.

4. Payments and Pricing

4.1 Payment Authorization

By submitting a booking, you authorize Clean to charge the payment method provided for the total cost of services, including taxes, fees, or additional add-ons.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Prices are subject to change at any time, but you will always be notified before payment is processed.

4.3 Refunds and Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before pickup are fully refundable.

Same-day cancellations or missed pickups may incur a $20 cancellation fee.

Refunds or rewash requests due to dissatisfaction must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Customer Responsibilities

By using our service, you agree to:

Inspect all garments for valuables, damage, or stains before handing them to our team.

Remove items that require dry cleaning unless you have selected a dry-cleaning add-on.

Not include any hazardous, flammable, or contaminated materials in laundry bags.

We are not responsible for damage caused by undisclosed items, manufacturer defects, or normal wear and tear.

6. Liability and Limitations

6.1 General Liability

While Clean exercises the highest standard of care, you acknowledge that laundry processes inherently carry minimal risk of color bleeding, shrinkage, or wear.

Our liability for any lost or damaged item is limited to ten (10) times the charge for cleaning that item or a maximum of $100 per order, whichever is less.

6.2 Service Interruptions

We are not liable for delays or failures due to causes beyond our control, such as weather, power outages, or third-party failures.

6.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Clean, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of our Services, including violations of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Clean website—including text, graphics, logos, photos, videos, and design elements—is the exclusive property of Clean Mobile Laundry or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written consent.

8. User Accounts

If you create an account on our website or app:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You agree to notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

Clean reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraudulent or abusive activity.

9. Promotions and Discounts

Promotions, referral codes, and discounts are subject to specific terms.

Clean reserves the right to cancel or modify promotional offers at any time without notice.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Site or Services for unlawful purposes;

Interfere with the security, operation, or availability of our platform;

Attempt to access any unauthorized system or network;

Misuse promotional codes or engage in fraudulent activity;

Harass, abuse, or threaten any staff member or delivery associate.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate service termination or legal action.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Informal Resolution

We strive to resolve disputes quickly and fairly. Please contact our support team at support@whereisclean.com or cleanbookingclub@gmail.com before pursuing legal action.

11.2 Arbitration Agreement

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be settled through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

You waive the right to a jury trial or class action.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Site and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Clean makes no express or implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that our Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or always available.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clean and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;

Loss of profits or data; or

Any claim exceeding the total amount paid by you for services rendered.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Services at any time, without notice, for conduct we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our reputation.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes shall be filed and resolved exclusively in the courts located in Columbus, Georgia.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any posted service guidelines, constitute the entire agreement between you and Clean Mobile Laundry regarding your use of our Services.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
